Our products are all printed on demand which means they are unique and custom made especially for you or your customers. As a result, we do not technically offer returns.
However, accidents do happen and your satisfaction is our top priority. So if we make a mistake, we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our expense.
We will reprint and reship your order only if one of the following situations has occurred:
- If we accidentally print the wrong image.
- If we send you a product in the wrong size or color.
- If the product is damaged during delivery.
- If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process (e.g., image has gaps in the ink).
If any of the above scenarios have occurred, you may request a replacement by sending us an email request. Be sure to include the following:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the following subject line:
- Order # “Your Order Number” Reprint Request
- Please include a photo of the problem product. Use a ruler in the photo if it is a size issue.
- Also, please include as much information as possible about the problem.
Once your order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. You have 24 hours after placing your orders to make any changes or edits necessary. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong sire or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing us with the right information to ensure orders or sent to production correctly and shipped to the correct address.
We do understand that accidents can happen but rest assured we are working to keep you happy with your order. That’s why we have quality control checkpoints throughout our fulfillment process to ensure your order is printed properly, securely packaged, and sent to the address you provide us.
